TOHI Aronia Infused Gin brings together the bold character of aronia berries and the refined depth of craft gin. Known as a vitamin-rich superberry, aronia has a taste that is both distinctive and memorable — rich, slightly tart, and beautifully layered on the palate.

The berries are harvested from gardens across Estonia, then traditionally pressed by foot, much like in the small wine houses of old Europe. The aronia juice and berry skins are then blended with gin crafted to a special TOHI recipe and left to rest for six months. During this time, the flavours deepen and settle into a beautifully rounded whole. Once filtered, the result is a striking ruby-red gin, ready to be bottled.

The taste is lush, full-bodied, and naturally rich. And importantly — no sugar has been added.
