Ingredients:

  • Tohi Cloudberry Mist Gin 4 cl
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 cl
  • Simple syrup 1 cl
  • 1 egg white
  • Few drops of Angostura aromatic bitter
  • Ice cubes for shaking

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and give it a strong shake for about 17 seconds. Stir the cocktail into a low tumbler or into a classy coupé glass.
