Ingredients:
- Tohi Cloudberry Mist Gin 4 cl
 - Freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 cl
 - Simple syrup 1 cl
 - 1 egg white
 - Few drops of Angostura aromatic bitter
 - Ice cubes for shaking
 
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and give it a strong shake for about 17 seconds. Stir the cocktail into a low tumbler or into a classy coupé glass.
