Handpicked from Estonian gardens, the berries are traditionally foot-pressed, just like in old European wineries. The juice and berry skins are then blended with gin crafted from a special recipe and left to rest for six months. After careful filtration, the result is a smooth, full-bodied infused gin with no added sugar.

Produced just once a year during harvest season (August-September), this small-batch gin is as exclusive as it is flavorful.
