TOHI Õunaps

An apple spirit aged four years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Full of character and the glow of apples from Estonian apple orchards. Carefully picked local apples are first slowly fermented, then distilled in Tohi Distillery’s copper pot still and finally given time to rest and mature in sherry casks. The result is a velvety, deep-flavoured apple spirit that brings a smile to your face and a touch of late summer and cosy autumn evenings to your glass.

The masterful blend of different vintages creates a layered flavour profile where ripe apple meets gentle vanilla, almond and caramel notes, all wrapped in soft oak warmth. On the nose you’ll find baked apple, dried fruit and a subtle sherry hint; on the palate a long, smooth finish that quietly invites another sip. Õunaps is made to be enjoyed slowly – for small celebrations or those moments when you desire a something a little extra.

Serve Õunaps at room temperature in an aroma glass, to let all the nuances unfold. It pairs beautifully with desserts: try it with classic apple pie and vanilla custard, tiramisu with fresh berries or crème brûlée. It also makes a thoughtful gift!
