TOHI is not just about the gin. In fact, it´s an open distillery with open doors to everyone. Come and witness the making of gins. Organize here your meeting, a training session, birthday party or a corporate event. Gintastic events guaranteed. You see, here we have fresh and light filled meeting rooms across the 2 floors of the unique distillery.
Located just 35 minutes’ drive from Tallinn, in Kohila, Estonia. Right next to the historic Tohisoo manor house is the old vodka “kitchen”, that has been revamped into a contemporary gin distillery.
TOHI RESTAURANT & BAR
On the ground floor you´ll find TOHI Restaurant Hall and the Bar. The industrial feel Restaurant Hall features a long table and art deco style bar. On sunny days you can walk out on the terrace from here to enjoy an aperitif while enjoying the river views.
Indoor seating: 35 guests
Terrace seating: 35 guests
Reception: 80 guests
LINDA & CARL
“Linda“ and “Carl“ halls are located on the 2nd floor. “CARL“– named after the late Tohisoo estate owner Carl Axel Mothander (1886-1965). In the light filled elegant room you´ll find a long table and large screen. Peaceful Keila river runs by and a mellow gin cat might linger on the window… Good ideas seem to be guaranteed.
“LINDA“ is the biggest hall of the distillery. Few decades aga here was a leather goods sewing factory called Linda – tens of women were crafting fashionable purses and gloves. Today there are no sewing machines, but plenty of natural light and professional conference equipment. For good thoughts and getting things done.
“CARL” seating: 25
“LINDA” theatre style setup: 120
“LINDA” classroom style setup: 20
“LINDA” reception: 250 guests
Gin tour
Release the jinn (aka genie – that sounds almost as „gin“!) out of the bottle. Start your meeting or a party with a tour at the Tohi distillery. During the excursion we will explain, how gin is made and probably spill some secrets. Gin tasting – but of course. Test your nose – can you recognize cassia bark, juniper berries of Immortelle flower notes?
