Aroma
Spot the aroma notes of dry charactered aronia berry and something almost inexplainably sweet and sour. This is a quince. The full bodied, berrylicious aroma of the cocktail drink is reminescent of a walk in a summer orchid.
The Taste
The palate of the aronia and quince gin tonic is full bodied, yet refreshing with taste of dry aronia berries, crisp citrus peel, topped with sweet and sour quince tonic. The cocktail is well balanced, neither too sweet nor too sour.
Serving suggestions
