Gin making mini course – an experience scented with juniper berries and your own creativity.
Welcome to Estonia’s one-of-a-kind personal gin-making course. The TOHI gin-making experience is a great idea for a gift, a gathering with friends, or a team event with colleagues.
During the course, you will craft your perfect gin together with Tohi’s gin experts. You will step into the world of gin botanicals, learn how to build a well-balanced gin recipe, and hear fascinating stories about the history of gin.
At the end of the experience, you will take home a distinguished 500 ml bottle of craft gin made by you.
What does the experience include?
- A welcome drink on arrival – gin and tonic
- Introduction to TOHI Distillery production and the world of gin
- Recipe creation
- Gin crafting – together we will blend your personal gin using distillates of different botanicals. We taste, smell, and fine-tune the recipe until it reflects your personal flavour preferences.
- A 500 ml bottle of your own gin, filled and labelled by you
